Safari 3.0.4 enable debug menu & web inspector

In Safari 3.0.4 for Windows,

One can activate the debug menu this way:
Edit the file %APPDATA%/Apple Computer/Safari/Preferences.plist and add this value:

<key>IncludeDebugMenu</key>
<true/>

The web inspector is activated this way:
Edit the file %APPDATA%/Apple Computer/Safari/WebKitPreferences.plist and add this value:

<key>WebKitDeveloperExtras</key>
<true/>
